Happy Times
 
 
I believe that I have used all the colours.  On the background I have used a variety of stamps and stamped words around the border.  To simulate drops of water I've used a combo of a sequin and some old crystal stickers.   The banner is cut using Joy Craft party flags die. Around the edge of the pool I've used some pebbles.

    What a lovely layout. So many texture's but all nicely balanced. The journalling is a really great idea too.
